Description
Expect singing, drumming, musical games and instrumental play as well as an introduction to piano. The children learn about hand position, they are introduced to notation and explore musical concepts such as tempo, pitch and rhythm. Our appreciation sessions are driven by children's natural curiosity in how music works. Importantly for this age group, our sessions are fun as well as being educational. A natural progression from our Music Appreciation sessions and also perfect as a first introduction to music making for young children, building up the necessary skills for formal lessons in piano.
