About Your Host

Hi, I’m Lucy — mum of three and a qualified HypnoBirthing® Educator based near Guildford.

After many years working in international HR, I followed my passion for pregnancy and birth support.

My own HypnoBirthing experience was transformative and inspired me to help women and birth partners feel calm, informed and confident as they prepare to meet their babies.

I now teach practical, evidence-based tools to help you understand how the body works in labour, reduce fear, and approach birth feeling empowered and supported.

I offer both private sessions and intimate group courses, with no more than three couples per group, creating a calm and personal learning environment.

✨ New 5-Week HypnoBirthing® Course – Starting January ✨

Course structure:

*5 sessions

*12.5 hours total

*Each session lasts approximately 2.5 hours

*Classes are spaced at least one week apart to allow time to practise and integrate techniques

What you’ll learn:

*How the body works in labour and the fear–tension cycle

*Prenatal bonding and mental preparation

*Birth preferences and planning

*The stages and process of labour

*The final stage of birth, the first hour with your baby, and an introduction to breastfeeding

You’ll also learn relaxation and breathing techniques to support you during labour and birth.

Fees:

£330 per couple – intimate group course (maximum 3 couples)

£600 per couple – private HypnoBirthing course

While NHS antenatal classes are invaluable, this course offers greater depth, personal support and practical tools to help you feel genuinely prepared for birth.

The Venue:

Classes are held in a cosy studio within the grounds of a secluded 17th-century farmhouse, surrounded by gardens, trees and open fields — a peaceful, nurturing space to help you relax and connect with nature.
