This course beautifully blends learning baby massage & sleep support, giving you guidance and support with your baby sleep
Each week you'll learn
- Different massage strokes to calm, relax and connect with your baby
- To understand Sleep development and how to support it
- Baby sleep Q & A
-There's also play & social time for you to connect with other mums & babies
Classes run online, in Dulwich and in Balham. Private 1:1 or group courses available too.
