MY YOGA CORNER

As a Chilled Mama trained and insured Starting Solids Facilitator, I offer workshops in the comfort of your own home, online.

The workshop covers baby led weaning and spoon feeding, discusses your baby’s development and how to know the key changes have taken place. There is an emphasis on what you want your baby’s attitude to food to be as they grow up, so we discuss key actions to avoid fussy eaters.

There is a follow up email with links, a booklet on Starting Solids, plus recipes and a menu planner.

2-2.5h baby friendly session online. Whole household welcome. I try to make the workshop very interactive, so ideally you will want to have at least one adult with you in the room to allow you to discuss.

Suitable at any point, but most parents attend from when baby is around 3-4 months of age.

Can be organised ad-hoc depending on demand, so if there are no suitable dates please just message to arrange.
