Description

Join me for weekly pregnancy yoga and I'll guide you through gentle yoga poses, breathing
exercises, and relaxation techniques specifically tailored to the needs of pregnant women.
Whether you're a beginner or an experienced yogi, this class is suitable for all levels.
By practising Pregnancy Yoga, you can improve your flexibility, strengthen your body, and
alleviate common pregnancy discomforts. As well as prepare your mind and body for birth
and beyond. It’s also a great opportunity to meet a community of mums to be!
So, come and join us to move, breathe and connect.
This class is aimed at all pregnant women after the first trimester
