Description
Our Mindful Makers classes incorporate Nature, Art & Craft and relaxation into a class designed to facilitate mindfulness for both Adult and Baby. We do this through offering a mix of nature activities, Art & Crafts, poems, meditation, 'Forest Bathing' and finish with time to connect and a herbal tea. We run classes specifically for expectant & new mums (with newborns around 9 months welcomed in class) and can also run workshops for groups and corporate events.
The ticket price includes entry to Castle Bromwich Hall Gardens after the class on the day for you and your child so you can enjoy our class then enjoy the beautiful gardens and have a picnic!*
