Description

This baby led class is suitable from 4 weeks after birth up to 5 months old and provides a safe, relaxed, supportive and friendly space for you and your baby during your fourth trimester. Class sizes are kept small making it easy for you to get to know the other mums. Classes include baby massage, reflexology, soft stretch yoga as well as postnatal yoga, relaxation, support and education to help you both make the most of your first few weeks and months together.
