Description

This baby led class is suitable from 4/5 months up until baby is crawling and provides a safe, relaxed, supportive and friendly space for you and your baby during this next phase of their development. Class sizes are kept small making it easy for you to get to know the other parents. Classes combine gentle stretches, movement and rhymes and some sensory exploration. As well as postnatal yoga, support and education to help you both enjoy playing, bonding and having fun together.
