Description

This gymnastic dance class has been designed to work on strength, technique and flexibility. It will include things like kicks, spins, leaps, splits, walkovers, backbends and many more. All elements which are key for any dance style. We will be following the IDTA gymnastic syllabus which will mean exams can be taken if desired, children can also compete in competitions and take part in our shows and demos.
