Our mixed-style karate family classes are the perfect way for parents and children to train together. The focus is on creating a fun and energetic atmosphere, allowing families to bond over a shared love of martial arts whilst getting fit. This is the perfect opportunity to spend some quality time with your children whilst both working towards a shared goal.
