Learn techniques to help you relieve your stress and anxiety in all aspects of your life. Having children can be challenging and lots of emotions and worries before and after can occupy ones mind. Learn to quiet your mind to help reduce your stress anxiety and worries and enjoy the journey of pre to post motherhood.

Mindfulness come and join us for meditation drop-in welcome. Have a chance to learn about breathing, mindfulness, grounding, and share your story with the class.
