NORTHCOTE BABY

My baby yoga courses are the perfect class for babies 4 months (and older). During these sessions you will learn a combination of both massage and yoga techniques to help stimulate and relax your baby. The baby yoga moves are gentle, playful and most of all fun!

Baby Yoga classes are a fabulous way for you to have fun and bond with your little one and expand on their development with the use of music and singing, various massage movements and gentle yoga postures for baby, The physical stimulation they received during the sessions will help baby's movement e.g rolling, crawling, sitting and eventually standing! It is also great for babies brain development and such a fun way for parent and baby to have fun and deepen the bond with your baby.

These sessions are a great follow on from my baby massage courses and the variation in the sessions works beautifully with your growing baby, their physical development and stimulation of the senses.

Easy access to the venue for Prams. Mats/Toys/ supplied. Each class is as follows - 30 minutes of Baby Yoga Instruction followed by 30 minutes Social Time with Tea/Coffee and Treats to enjoy x
