Baby yoga involves yoga-inspired movements for parents to do with their baby.

This class will help your baby's overall development and well-being, a perfect bonding time between you and your baby.

The classes involve gentle stretching, over-clothes massage, breathing techniques, songs, rhymes and sensory play.

Each session lasts around 35-40 minutes.

The classes involve gentle stretching, over-clothes massage, breathing techniques, songs, rhymes and sensory play.

Each session lasts around 35-40 minutes.

The teacher for this course is Claire, recently a new mum herself and a qualified Yoga teacher, achieving her 200 hour TTC in Mysore, India. This complements her Baby yoga, Toddler Yoga and Baby Massage qualifications and allows Claire to share traditional teachings and practices during sessions.

Claire will share her knowledge of mindfulness techniques, along with encouraging families to start a lifelong pattern for exercise.

Claire is excited to welcome all parents and caregivers with babies around 8 weeks old (please get permission from you GP at your 8 week appointment for both you and your baby).

Baby yoga is suitable up to when your baby is able to walk away (around 12 months).
