Suitable from 6 weeks postpartum (8 -12 weeks for C-section births) after GP/Midwife sign off.
The class focuses on strengthening & toning the body after pregnancy & birth will full body workouts using resistance and weights to regain stamina. All in a welcoming space that prioritising both you & your baby. You are welcome to feed, change, and cuddle your baby throughout the class, ensuring both of you feel comfortable and cared for.
No previous exercise experience needed.
