Description
Our course is all about you, your wellbeing and your journey into motherhood. It allows time to slow down and reconnect with yourself in this extraordinary time of transition. The activities are designed to help you clear your mind and discover new ways to express yourself with your baby by your side.
We'll explore feelings, boost creativity and self-esteem through: art making, relaxation, movement and discussion.
We know how important it is to have plenty of time to connect with others, especially as a new mum. All our sessions allow time to settle in and are followed by a relaxed half hour of chat with tea and biscuits.
Our course is suitable for mums (at any stage of postnatal recovery) with pre-crawling babies (although you can't ever quite tell when they'll be off and it is totally fine if they start crawling during the course).
