Play:Make:Art is a unique session that enables time and space for you and your little one(s) to create and just be together. There are no expectations, pressures or milestones to meet, only materials to roll, cut, tear, mark, balance, thread, crawl under, move and inspect. You’ll be supported and gently guided by artist and early years facilitator Abigail Hunt, who has over twenty years’ experience working with families and developing creative projects for galleries and museums.   

What will you create, what new skills and stories will unfold? We don’t know, but what we do know is that it will be led by your child’s imagination, and you will be held in a space that allows you to breathe and experiment. Watch as your child deeply concentrates on a creative task that they have set for themselves, developing new skills before your eyes.   

Families are encouraged to enjoy the experience of Play:Make:Art, taking only memories home, so all materials can be used again.  

Key information 

• Suitable for 2-5 year-olds, children must be accompanied by an adult 
• Sessions are fortnightly on Fridays  
• Drop-in session starting at 10:30 and last entry is at 12:00 – arrive at a time that works for you!   
• Tickets are £6 full price, £4 concessions per session
• Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
