Description

Join us for our Spring/Summer Term and enjoy 5 weeks of Mum and Baby Yoga where we will tone our abs, build physical strength but mostly, help the body recover after birth.

Our class is 1.5 hours long, loosely broken up as follows:

- 15 minutes of hellos and getting ready for our class
- 30 minutes of yoga
- 45 minutes of “stay and play” with tea/coffee and biscuits
