This is a Low intensity class, however will still get you sweating.
My classes are designed to work the full body and is suitable for all levels of fitness. It is a fun and engaging activity for mums (and babies).
Exercise is known to reduce stress levels and release endorphins which trigger a positive feeling in your body. Low impact workouts are great for slowly building up strength and muscle endurance over time without putting stress on the joints.
