Look after yourself and your baby with movement and breath. Yoga is the prefect way to support your body in pregnancy, encouraging body awareness and relaxation.
No previous yoga experience necessary.

Mats, props and blankets provided, no previous experience needed.
Paper Dress Yoga is located on the first floor of the building, access via buzzer, the entrance is round the corner of it's sister business Paper Dress Vintage.
