PENNY WATERMAN SCHOOL OF DANCE

These ballet classes are for new children and those who have done ballet previously. The younger children begin to learn the ballet terms and language (French) for the different exercises and put them together to form routines and dances to recognisable, lively and enjoyable music which encourages good rhythm and a positive response from the children. The older children learn more complicated lessons using patterns and directions. All the classes are lots of fun and a way to not only improve fitness but to encourage creative expression and deportment.

Recognising that self-esteem is essential to a child's emotional development, we use praise and encouragement to develop this and emphasis in our school is on learning through fun and enjoyment.

We offer trial classes first before committing to the class.
