At Physical Fitness, we support mums from bump to baby with specialist prenatal Reformer Pilates classes designed to help you move safely and confidently throughout pregnancy. Our sessions aim to keep you active for as long as possible, support a healthy labour, and prepare your body for the demands of birth and recovery.
Our prenatal Reformer Pilates focuses on safe, pregnancy-appropriate movement, building strength, mobility, and body awareness while adapting to your changing body. Each class is carefully structured to support posture, breathing, and functional strength that carries through pregnancy and into early postpartum life.
All classes are led by highly educated instructors who take the time to understand your individual needs, goals, and stage of pregnancy. Education and safety are always our priority, ensuring both you and your baby are supported every step of the way.
