Reformer Pilates Group Classes for Diastasis Recti
Our studio specialises in working with clients who have abdominal separation (diastasis recti), whether postpartum or long-standing. These small-3person group Reformer Pilates sessions are designed to be both safe and empowering, helping you reconnect with your core, improve posture, and move with confidence.
You’ll learn how to engage deep abdominal and pelvic floor muscles effectively, how to modify traditional Pilates movements for your body, and how to progress without putting unnecessary pressure on the midline. Each exercise is carefully chosen to promote healing, restore functional strength, and enhance your body awareness.
This is more than a workout — it’s an educational journey. We’ll teach you the why behind each movement so you can understand your body’s needs, make safe exercise choices outside the studio, and feel in control of your recovery.
Whether you are newly postpartum or years past giving birth, our supportive environment and targeted programming will help you build strength from the inside out.
Once you are confident with the Studio instructions, you are welcome to use the self lead studio hours to practice on your own. This is for mom only
This class is supervised by Heidi who has been in the industry focused on diastasis for 13 years. Drop in £29 cash but you would need to let her know you are coming 07717314954. Sessions are on a Pilates Reformer set to video for mom to have self time. Baby welcomed in car seat. Heidi is in Room to supervise . Bring your head set and Tablet or Phone for workout.
