Come and enjoy a weekly pilates tailored to your bodies changes. Support your journey with a regular pilates practice, in a small group for more focused attention.
- Support the bodies changes through the trimesters.
- Keep the abdominal wall strong, support the spine with muscle strengthening in the upper and particularly the lower body.
- Ease out tension with mobilisation at the joints and flowing dynamic stretches.
- Encourage optimal breathing as the alignment of the diaphragm changes, and to enhance wellbeing.
- Time for you to invest in yourself and feel supported in a group of other mums to be.
Mats are provided. Please bring a small blanket (to go under knees and hips.)
