Sketch and Relax is a welcoming space to unwind, connect, and find your creative flow through sketching.

Each gathering begins with a calming moment, whether it’s breath-work, light movement, or a simple prompt to help you settle into the present. From there, we ease into a mix of fun, low-pressure sketching activities to spark inspiration, followed by time to immerse yourself in longer, more reflective drawing. Sketchbooks are available for anyone who’d like to keep their creations and watch their creative journey unfold week by week. 

This isn’t about being “good” at art, it’s about enjoying the process, letting go, and finding a little pocket of peace in your week. Whether you're curious about drawing or simply craving some mindful time for yourself, this space is for you.

Our weekly gatherings are open to all caregivers, and babies under 1 are warmly welcome to join. Each class is thoughtfully designed with you at the centre but with the flexibility to accommodate the rhythm of life with little ones. There are no expectations here. Feel free to feed or change your baby when needed, take a breather in our lovely outdoor space, and dip in and out of the activities in whatever way feels right for you. This is your time, gentle, creative and entirely pressure-free. No art experience necessary.
