Our cosy cafes are held two to three times a month at Heene Church Rooms in Worthing, with occasional sessions in Shoreham. As dedicated antenatal facilitators, we're here to listen, answer your questions, and provide guidance on all things pregnancy, birth, and early parenting. Your peace of mind is our priority, and we're here to support you every step of the way.

Through our surveys and group sessions, we discovered a common desire among parents to connect with others earlier in their pregnancy journey, beyond the traditional 30-week antenatal course.
