PLAYFUL DOSES DRAMA

The focus of our sessions:
• Nurturing children’s social and communicative expression
• Fostering emotional wellbeing
• Nurturing the parent-child/carer bond

We do this by:
• Having two wellbeing-trained practitioners
• Going at your child’s pace
• Supporting self and co-regulation skills
• Being attuned to your child’s emotional and physical needs
• Providing a non-pressure space for all children

We are committed to ensuring that every child we work with is seen, heard and valued just as they are. It is important to us that everyone (including parents/carers!) who attends our sessions feel comfortable and relaxed to enjoy our sessions in a way that feels right for them.

Here’s what we do:
1) Tell a short story as our base at the beginning.

2) Use a wide variety of puppets/props and the children take it from there.

3) Include an active game towards the end and enjoy a calming finish.

Come for lots of singing, active play and tailor made silliness. 🎉
We delight in having parents and carers there – it is our joy to meet you where you are too, whether you want to relax and observe or become a character in the story yourself. It’s all wonderful to us!
