Join our Postpartum Partners for wrap a round antenatal education at Swarthmoor Hall from the 2nd Oct 2025.

Our Postpartum Partners programme is designed to help partners prepare for the transition into parenthood.

Too often, couples grow apart in the postpartum transition.

Especially with the length of paternity leave for partners being typically unacceptable and no focus on partners antenatal experience across the board.

Within this seven month programme at Swarthmoor Hall - Ulverston, once a month you will learn how to:

• Advocate and support your partners pregnancy and birth.
• Personalised support to help you to use the leave that you have to the best of your advantage in a way that works for you and your family.
• Grow closer, build understanding, resilience, and stronger bonds during this life-changing time.

We want couples to grow together and we're here to help you do that with a Couples Therapist, Doulas, Baby Wearing and ECO parenting Specialist, breast and chestfeeding support and Paediatric First Aid provided by Daisy.
