Gentle fitness class gets you back into fitness while being mindful of your post natal needs no need to worry about baby as they come along for the ride
Meeting point by the clock tower and cafe.
Please bring with you a mat or old towel/picnic blanket
also some drinking water to keep you hydrated throughout your workout

all classes are pre booked as a mum myself I know the difficulty in knowing how you or baby are feeling on the day to day basis so if you cannot attend the class, contact me and I will hold that credit for another day
