Come to these yoga classes to connect with your changing body and your breath so you feel more prepared, both physically and emotionally, for the birth and beyond.Classes include gentle stretches, movement, breath awareness, birth preparation and relaxation. Stay after class for a drink/cake at the Heron Farm cafe (just above the studio)
