REBEL ART CLASS

Rebel Art Class is a new weekly art class that's all about thinking big – big canvases, big mess and big ambitions. Because why should grown-ups get to have all the fun?

Our Explorers classes are at 9am on Saturdays and are for children ages 4-7 (we also run a Dreamers classes for children 5-10 at 10:30am).

We give kids the same opportunities as working adult artists, to use exciting professional materials, collaborate on large-format pieces and make lots of mess.

Drop-off sessions last an hour, are for groups of up to 12 children, and are led by two experienced tutors who facilitate the creative chaos. Kids wear special boiler suits to protect their clothing.

Each session covers a different technique – from splattering paint, to working with collage, to doodling across walls. Classes are booked in blocks equal to a half-term, and aim to build up children's skills and confidence. Each week your child will get to take home a finished artwork, using what they've learned, and each block of classes builds towards them working on a more ambitious final piece.

Sessions take place in our dedicated art studio in Sydenham – it has lovely wooden panels and is filled with natural light.
