Description
Pregnancy Pilates is a wonderful way to keep fit and healthy throughout your pregnancy, it will help you prepare both body and mind for birth and beyond and meet other local mums too. These classes are tailored to help you build strength, increase your stamina, ease pregnancy aches and pains, and to learn how to move your body mindfully, in preparation for labour and motherhood. I have done extensive training in pre and postnatal wellness, so you can be sure to get the focused attention you need. This class is suitable for second and third trimesters. Take time to breathe, stretch, strengthen and connect with your body and your baby.
Classes are located at St Barnabas Parish Hall 23 Dulwich Village, London SE21 7BT. We are in the rear studio, so please use the side entrance located on Gilkes Place, the studio is on the righthand side.
*Please remember to bring your own mat, I will provide all other small equipment required*
