Relax Kids classes aim to enhance the mental, emotional and physical wellbeing of children.
Relax Kids involves activities including movement, games, breathing and stretching, massage, affirmation and visualisation. I am passionate at teaching children from a young age how to cultivate the right mindset, regulate their emotions and instil positivity into the core of their being. I feel Relax Kids is a perfect vehicle with which to do this.
