Not just baby massage. Do you want to know about baby developmental stages AND what’s happening with you postnatally? This 60 minute weekly class is for the birthing person and baby in the fourth trimester and beyond. Helping you learn how to use baby massage, yoga, reflexology to aid calming, soothing and connection with your baby. With postnatal movement and developmental education this is a class that does it all. Oh and good friends, a great place to meet them and share those ups and downs…
