Description
Join our fun, friendly fitness class designed especially for mums with babies (12 weeks postpartum).
No childcare needed – your baby stays with you while you work out!
Run by a therapist and trainer with in depth pregnancy and postpartum knowledge so you are in safe hands. Group sizes are small so exercises can be more specific / suitable to you.
What to Expect:
• Postnatal-safe exercises • Strength & toning workouts • Core & pelvic floor focus • Supportive environment with other mums
Bring: A mat, water, and anything your baby needs.

Prams welcome, there is a step to enter the building but a ramp can be provided.
There is a water station but please bring a bottle if able.
Please bring a mat and anything your baby needs - a blanket to lie on, toys, snacks, etc.
