Our inclusive swimming lessons are designed for toddlers, children and adults who want to build confidence, skills and enjoyment in the water at their own pace.

We specialise in supportive, small-group and 1:1 sessions that are welcoming to swimmers of all abilities, including those who may feel anxious, need a gentler approach, or benefit from a more individualised learning style.

Lessons focus on water confidence, safe movement, and progressive skill development, with plenty of encouragement and clear structure. We take time to understand each swimmer, allowing them to learn in a calm, positive and pressure-free environment.

We don’t offer baby swimming; our classes are best suited to toddlers and older swimmers who are ready to develop independent water skills.

Sessions are led by qualified, experienced teachers and tailored to suit the needs of each group or individual. Whether your child is just starting out, returning after a break, or you’re an adult looking to improve confidence or technique, you’ll be supported every step of the way.
