Description
Our sessions include lots of fun games to get everyone moving and developing fundamental movements. Each weekly session will focus on one of 6 sports. The sports have been chosen to help develop a whole range of skills which will set children up for a future where they are confident to try any sport. Children are given the opportunity to practice their kicking, throwing, running, jumping and catching. Each of our sessions has a particular focus on either balance, agility or co-ordination. We play hockey, football, cricket, athletics, basketball and tennis to give a broad foundation in sport in a child's early years.
