ROCK TOTS

Rock Tots is our introductory climbing class for 1- 4yr and their adults. It incorporates balance, coordination and flexibility as well as many other skills for climbing.

Each class includes different age appropriate activities to help us learn about climbing, both on and off the wall. The instructor gives personalised levelled tasks, challenges, coaching and help to both tots and their supervising adults. We have developed certified award scheme to help us understand and document the climbing skills and techniques as well as make it very clear to see how progression is being made.

Our sessions are for parents and tots up to preschool age. The games and climbing elements are designed for 18 months to 4 year but active younger tots from 12 months, are able to come give the classes a go as are older children up to 5 year, are welcome if accompanying a younger sibling.

Classes are £6.50 for one child and one adult. A second child over 12 months will be £3.
