RUB-A-BUB BABIES

This one-off session will provide you with the skills you need to perform massage sequences to help your baby cope with both teething & colic. Whether your baby is struggling now, or you want to prepare for the future, this session will not only allow you to help them in a natural, loving way, but also act as a bonding experience for you both. After your session in our serene studio at PhysioSpace, you’ll be emailed a hand-out that you can use to remind yourself of the sequence whenever needed.

Bring your baby along to relax, bond & learn whilst meeting other mums in the serene studio at PhysioSpace. The course is run by a registered children's nurse with over 8 years experience in child health and neonatal intensive care, who is also a mum!
This is a baby-led group, meaning if you need to feed/change/play with your baby during the session then you don't need to leave the room unless you would prefer to. Babies from birth - 18 months welcome.
