Description
Afrobeats, Dancehall, Reggae, Amapiano and many more... With the added bonus of getting fit all at the same time!
Our class includes a full body warmup, arm and leg conditioning, and then we do short sequence choreography in a series of fast-paced aerobic dances to get your body going. Also included is challenging floor work for legs and abs, followed by a stretching cool-down!
These are sessions where children of any age can attend whilst you get in a good workout. Toys, food, prams, baby carriers etc are all welcome. There is ABSOLUTELY No judgement!
