I offer warm, flexible childcare and tutoring in a calm, home-based classroom where children are supported as individuals — not rushed, compared, or pushed through a one-size-fits-all system.

My approach is interest-led and practical, making learning genuinely fun so children enjoy being there and build a positive relationship with learning. Sessions are designed around each child’s stage, strengths, and gaps, helping them gain confidence while quietly moving them forward.

I focus on the things schools often don’t have the time, space, or resources to do — hands-on activities, practical learning, repetition where needed, and the freedom to slow down or extend learning without pressure. Children learn through play, real-life experiences, conversation, and tailored activities rather than worksheets alone.

Every child is on their own learning journey. I take time to identify gaps, strengthen foundations, and teach in a way that actually makes sense to them. This often means children not only catch up but move ahead confidently because they finally understand why and how things work.

I have the capacity to provide individual attention, adapt quickly, and truly see each child — something that makes a huge difference, especially for young learners and those who need a little extra support.

My goal is simple: for children to feel safe, capable, and proud of themselves while developing strong learning foundations that will support them long-term.

In short I make learning fun and take away the anxiety of a mainstream classroom and make the lessons personalised to the learner!

I am a qualified teacher who has previously taught in mainstream classrooms. I have a DBS and the businesses is registered and insured.
