Description

Our fun and friendly Acro and Gymnastics classes are designed to improve the student’s poise, stamina, strength and flexibility. Throughout the course, the studio teaches a wide range of moves including backward and forwards rolls, handstands, cartwheels, round offs, forward and backward walkover, leaps, splits, jumps turns and springs.
