Description

Ballet is a classical dance form characterised by grace and precision of movement and by elaborate formal gestures, steps, and poses. It is an excellent discipline for pupils to learn to create wonderful poise, good posture, elegance, balance, and co-ordination.

This form of dance is almost certainly the most physically demanding of all classical dance styles, as it strengthens the body and is a beautiful and exciting form of dance technique.
