Description

Get fit, meet other mums and bond with your baby through our mum and baby exercise class ‘Mums, Bums & Tums’.

All classes are delivered by a fully qualified pre and post natal personal trainer in a private studio in Fernwood, Newark.

Suitable for babies up to 2 years old and for mums providing they’ve been cleared by their doctor to exercise at their 6 week check up.

Classes can range from baby wearing to mat based depending on the day (mats are provided by the studio)

Classes are done on a monthly block booking basis.
