Description

Every parents and carers worst nightmare is having to deal with an emergency situation with a baby.

This courses primary aim is to equip you with the skills and knowledge necessary to feel confident in managing:

  • Choking
  • Basic emergency resuscitation
  • Anaphylaxis (life threatening allergic reactions)
  • Seizures
  • Bleeding
  • Managing an unwell baby

This session is suitable for parents, grandparents and carers.

You will be led through the theory and practical participatory demonstrations by our experienced Neonatal (baby) Nurse and qualified Resuscitation Council UK instructor Katherine.
