Baby led massage class from 6 weeks to 12 months. Perfect for aiding bonding and attachment and having a lovely hour dedicated to you and your baby. Suitable for parents and carers. Twins and triplets welcome (no extra cost for multiples)
Runs as a 5 week courses, starting with legs on week 1, adding in a new area of the body each week until week 5 and then baby gets a full body massage.
There are so many well known benefits to baby massage for both the baby and the parent/carers:
- Improves bonding and attachment
- a better understanding of baby’s cues increasing confidence in parenting
- can relieve common ailments like constipation and colic
- stimulates development and lays foundations for learning.
- reduce stress with release of oxytocin
Also provides an opportunity to meet other new parents and carers in similar situations where you can have a chat over a drink and biscuit at the end of the session.
Our class is held upstairs in the Radcliffe Group’s building - The Forge.
