Description
The perfect end to your week (or start to the weekend), in flow and restore you will be led through an all-levels mindful slow flow for the first 45 minutes. In the second part of the session, you will be guided into deep rest through a series of restorative poses which use props to support the body. This invites us to release physical tension and helps the body and mind to drop into deep relaxation. Flow and restore is designed to help you leave feeling revitalised, calm and connected. Let go of stress and sleep better after the session.
The session is in the Hall behind the church, around the corner from Orford Road you'll see double gates and a preschool sign. The entrance to the hall is here. Doors will open at 6.45pm.

£12-14 per session. For Friday night Flow & Restore a block booking option is available. New attendees are invited to discuss any health concerns or questions ahead of the first session.
