All classes centre around singing and are accompanied by live musical instruments - usually the guitar, but a violin and some other instruments may make an appearance too!
There will be a mixture of songs and singing activities including bouncing, tickling, dancing and hiding. A range of sensory objects will be provided to help you and your child engage with the music and interact with each other in a creative and playful way. These objects include: puppets, scarves, percussion instruments, bubbles and more!
These sessions work best when everybody joins in (especially the grown ups) so please do bring your singing voices and don't be shy! (That said, no-one will be asking you to perform a solo and Helen will be singing nice and loud!)
Classes take place in the function room of St. George's Community Centre on Windmill Lane, Dane Bank, which is attached to the church. There is ample parking at the back of the building. Toilets and changing facilities are available.
Cost: £5 per child (no charge for adults) £1.50 for any additional children
RESERVE YOUR SPACE via Eventbrite. You need to reserve your place because numbers are limited to 20 per class, (this is to make sure that it doesn't get too noisy and everyone has space to move.) You only need to reserve a place for you child/children.
The reservation is free but you will need to PAY AT THE VENUE. Cash, card, Google or Apple pay will be accepted.
Please do cancel your order if you have reserved a space but can no longer make it. This will make room for others who may want to come. Bookings will stay open until 8.30am on the day of the class.
