SINGING MAMAS

👶🏼 Join us for a gentle session learning lullabies and uplifting mantras to soothe baby and you.

🫶🏻 No singing experience whatsoever is required, we’re singing for connection, not perfection! There’s no sheet music and all songs are learnt by ear.

🧁 After our sing, we’ll stop for a hot drink and home-baked cake.

🧠 Group singing in this way has been scientifically proven to be effective in reducing symptoms of postnatal depression.

🏠 Connecting with other mums and finding your village can be daunting. This group will be a small, closed group with no drop-ins encouraging new friendships with mums who have babies of a similar age. There will be an (optional) private Whatsapp group to help you keep in touch.

🎵 By the end of the course, you’ll be equipped with a toolbox of lullabies and simple songs - perfect for soothing yours and your baby’s nervous systems and aiding bonding.

About the venue:
The session will take place at the Central Lancashire Slings studio in Leyland, above The Pantry Cafe. The studio is a cosy, welcoming space where you can get comfy and enjoy precious snuggles or lie baby down whilst they enjoy the sparkly lights above. This group is all about mothering the mother and I’m so happy to hold your little one whilst you enjoy a drink whilst it’s still hot, should you wish!
