Description
Are you a woman who loves to sing?
Do you want to build your local community?
Are you comfortable being around babies and small children?
Are you free on Tuesday mornings?
We are a singing group for women where babies and small children are welcome. We sing together because it makes us feel good, builds friendship, and supports children's development.
We learn simple songs by ear, singing beautiful harmonies together. It's always uplifting and sometimes magical. Then we share tea and cake.
We meet at Hornsey Vale Community Centre N8 onTuesdays at 10 to 11.30am. There is free parking on the street until 12 noon.
After your first free session, membership of the group is £26/month (£20/month concessions) or £10 per adhoc session if you are unable to commit to regular attendance. The singing circle runs at least 38 weeks in the year with free outdoor pop up sessions in the warmer months.

Amenities - We are in a light enclosed space with wooden floors. There will be mats with soft toys and blankets in the centre of the singing circle. After singing for an hour we have tea and cake!

If you like the group and want to continue then there is a monthly subscription of £26 (£20 concessions) which can be cancelled at any time with refund of the remaining classes for that month. The subscription encourages continuity in the group and enables me to pay the venue. After each session I share the songs we sang so you can continue to sing them at home, and by joining the group you also have the option to join the Singing Mamas UK Facebook group where songs are shared and events posted. It's a lovely community. If you're unable to commit to regular sessions you can also attend on an adhoc basis for £10/session. Please contact Grace directly with any queries.
