SINGING MAMAS

Singing Mamas is a singing circle for women, with or without little ones. It's for all women of ages and life stages. We learn simple beautiful songs by ear, line by line. Maybe add a few harmonies and sing in a round.

No judgement. No perfection. No solos. No auditions. No reading music. Just singing together as much or as little as you feel.

Singing has been well documented to be adventagous to wellbeing and mental health. It's a safe space where you're welcome, just as you are.
